Mr. Anders Nilsson, HeartMath Scandinavia - gives more stress than coherence

Dear Bruce Cryer

I'm really sorry, that it has come so far that I have to send you this mail, but see no other way out, but as you know communication can be very stressfull.

I'm a certified 1:1 provider from Denmark, and having a reseller agreement with Anders Nilsson, President of HeartMath Scandinavia. I also have a service reseller agreement with Anders Nilsson, President of HeartMath Scandinavia, signed sometime in august 2009 . Both enabling me to resell HeartMath products and services, such as HeartMath 1:1 certified courses.

Anders Nilsson, President of HeartMath Scandinavia, tried to coach me in building up my company and report back to him the activities, sales number etc. without giving anything back, such as marketing, programs etc. with more than 20 years experience in doing this myself in companies among others a big american company, I had my doubt in Mr. Anders Nilsson, President of HeartMath Scandinavia ability to run a business.

But anyways, I finally got client and customers coming in on my website, asking for quotes of different products and services I offered from HeartMath, and after of course having a long dialogue with a client more than 4 month, I closed a 5 days certified provider course, and booked a danish provider trainer myself.

On the 3rd of March, I confirmed to Mr. Anders Nilsson, President of HeartMath Scandinavia, the deal specifying my commission, the same day Mr. Anders Nilsson, President of HeartMath Scandinavia, confirmed with an email, that I would receive my commission as soon as the client paid the invoice.

On the 5th of april my client pays the invoice from Mr. Anders Nilsson, President of HeartMath Scandinavia, for the two courses.

The Trainer I booked executes the training and confirms to me that she has got payment, which of course pleases me, I on the other site, hear nothing from Mr. Anders Nilsson, President of HeartMath Scandinavia.

On the 18th of May, I then send an invoice for my commission to  HeartMath Scandinavia, according to instructions I have received in email and the contract - I hear nothing from HeartMath Scandinavia.

The 20th of June, I then send a reminder to HeartMath Scandinavia, with copy to Mr. Anders Nilsson, President of HeartMath Scandinavia - I hear nothing from HeartMath Scandinavia.

The 25th of June, I then send the 2. reminder to HeartMath Scandinavia, with copy to Mr. Anders Nilsson, President of HeartMath Scandinavia - I hear nothing from HeartMath Scandinavia.

At this moment I dont really understand what is going on and take contact to a good friend of mine also working with HeartMath, and the person suggests that I call Mr. Anders Nilsson, President of HeartMath Scandinavia, to get an explanation, because according to the person this is not ok.

On the 28th of June I then called and got promised that Mr. Anders Nilsson, President of HeartMath Scandinavia, will call me back the same day - but nothing happens. Later the same day I send an email to Mr. Anders Nilsson, President of HeartMath Scandinavia, where the subject is "Explain or Pay".

On the 29th of June I then get an email from Mr. Anders Nilsson, President of HeartMath Scandinavia, saying that there is something wrong with the way I calculated my commission??????, which he confirmed on the 3rd of march, but he will make sure that I will be contacted by his Accountant.

Now we have the 1st of July, I have not heard anything from anybody in HeartMath Scandinavia.

I have a good network in business as you probably know via linkedin, but has been very cautious to introduce the HeartMath products and services, as I unfortunately thought early in my engagement with HeartMath Scandinavia I would loose my credibility which has now been confirmed.

I don't find this transaction flow acceptable in a heart based living company and I think you will agree on that this scenario is not very productive for HeartMath LLC to be successfull in this region, therefore I will suggest you consider a few changes in you business model:

1) Let the providers, who are interested deal directly with US, you can then pay Mr. Anders Nielson whatever commission to HeartMath Scandinavia according to you agreement with them.

2) Let the providers, who are interested getting certified by US to give training to others in this region

3) Let the providers be able to build a network of people they trust instead of trusting HeartMath Scandinavia.

This has been a very stressful process for me and hope this will not happen for any other provider in Scandinavia and I will wish all the providers good luck with their business relationship with Mr. Ander Nilsson.

I still wish all the best for HeartMath products and services.

Best regards from a naiv, stupid man, that always thinks the best of his relations
but get angry and sad when he is getting disappointed - expecially in a Heart Based Living Company
